Alex Matthews

Rabbi, Congregation Ahavas Achim in Newburyport since 2019. Moved to the North Shore in 2014 and now lives in Amesbury with his wife. Alex received his ordination from Hebrew College Rabbinical School in Newton, MA in 2023. Alex is active in the local clergy council, sits on the Newburyport Human Rights Commission, serves as a hospital chaplain and volunteers at the Pettengill House Food Pantry.
