Board Member since 2017

Susie and her family moved from Binghamton, NY to Newburyport in July, 1985.  A year later, Susie joined the faculty at Newburyport High School.  After thirty enjoyable and fulfilling Clipper years, Susie retired.   As English department chair, class advisor, and teacher’s union representative, Susie imparted to her students the importance of community service.  As a board member for the Women’s Crisis Center, Susie interacted with community members to bring awareness of the Center’s mission.  Susie joined the Community Service of Newburyport, Inc. Board of Directors to fulfill a retirement commitment to help individuals improve the quality of their lives.  Susie’s large family keeps her busy and entertained!
