Wayne Capolupo

Chairman and CEO, SPS New England, a family-owned construction business in Salisbury, MA. Since co-founding SPS New England in 1984, Wayne has overseen the company’s growth, building bridges, highways, transit, railroad and marine projects. Wayne holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He is active in a variety of civic and professional organizations.
